Overview

Section 1

The Signal $100,000 Perfect Bracket Competition (the "Competition") gives eligible participants the opportunity to win up to $100,000 USD by correctly predicting every outcome within the designated tournament bracket.

The Competition is operated by Monorail / Signal ("Operator"). It is a promotional campaign intended solely for eligible users of the Signal platform and is void where prohibited by law.

This Competition is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, Polymarket, or any tournament organizer.

Definitions

Section 2

  • "Tournament" means the FIFA World Cup 2026™, as officially recognized and administered by its governing body.
  • "Bracket" means the official tournament prediction bracket made available by the Operator for purposes of the Competition.
  • "Perfect Bracket" means a valid Bracket submission in which the participant correctly predicts every required match outcome in the Tournament from the applicable starting round through the final match.
  • "Outcome" means the team officially recorded as advancing or winning the applicable match by the Tournament organizer, including outcomes determined after extra time or penalty shootouts where applicable.
  • "Submission Deadline" means 11 June 2026 19:00 UTC, or such other deadline communicated by the Operator through official Signal channels.
  • "Qualifying Platform Activity"means at least $100 USD equivalent in cumulative trading volume completed by the participant on the Signal platform during the Competition qualification period, as measured by the Operator's systems.

For purposes of calculating Qualifying Platform Activity, "trading volume" means the aggregate notional value of eligible buy and sell transactions completed through the Signal platform. Both purchases and sales may count toward trading volume.

Canceled, failed, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, abusive, wash, self-directed, circular, coordinated, or otherwise invalid transactions do not count toward Qualifying Platform Activity, as determined by the Operator in its sole discretion.

To participate, users must:

  • be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher;

The Operator reserves the right to restrict, deny, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion for legal, compliance, security, operational, integrity, or risk-management reasons. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

For operational purposes, the Operator may use the Polymarket geoblock API, internal compliance systems, IP geolocation, KYC information, sanctions screening, device information, and other reasonable controls to determine whether a participant is eligible to enter, participate, trade, remain eligible, or receive a prize.

The Polymarket geoblock API and related platform availability checks may be treated by the Operator as an authoritative operational source for determining whether related prediction market services are available from a participant's detected location. However, passing a geoblock check does not guarantee eligibility, and failing a geoblock check may result in ineligibility, disqualification, account restrictions, or prize forfeiture.

Participants are prohibited from using VPNs, proxies, onion routers, remote desktops, false location data, false identities, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions, compliance controls, or platform restrictions.

Valid entry requirements

Section 5

To submit a valid Competition entry, participants must, before the Submission Deadline:

  • create and maintain a verified Signal account in good standing;
  • complete all required identity verification, sanctions screening, anti-money laundering checks, source-of-funds checks, and other compliance reviews requested by the Operator;

However, any trading losses, fees, slippage, transaction costs, gas fees, or other costs incurred while completing Qualifying Platform Activity are solely the responsibility of the participant.

The Operator may review any participant's trading activity, including the trading activity of potential winners, to confirm that Qualifying Platform Activity was completed through genuine, non-abusive platform usage. The Operator may disqualify any participant, void any entry, or deny prize eligibility if it determines that trading activity was artificial, abusive, manipulative, wash trading, self-dealing, coordinated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.

All entry requirements must be completed before the Submission Deadline.

  • Only one (1) entry is permitted per verified individual.
  • Brackets may not be modified once submitted.
  • Late, incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid submissions will not be accepted.

Competition rules

Section 6

Participants must predict the Outcome of every required Tournament match within the official Bracket structure provided by the Operator.

For knockout-stage matches, predictions are based on the team officially advancing to the next round, regardless of whether advancement occurs during regulation time, extra time, or penalty shootouts.

Predictions are final once submitted.

Official Tournament results, as published by the Tournament organizer, shall be the primary source for determining match Outcomes.

Where the Operator uses third-party markets, data providers, liquidity providers, APIs, or oracles to administer scoring, eligibility, or Competition operations, the Operator reserves the right to rely on official Tournament reports or another reasonable source if such third-party source is unavailable, canceled, voided, disputed, delayed, technically impaired, or inconsistent with official Tournament results.

The Operator reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, how postponed, abandoned, canceled, replayed, disputed, delayed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified matches affect Competition scoring and results, including by delaying settlement, voiding a match for scoring purposes, or using the final official result once available.
